We had our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled. We were very impressed with the work; the crew was very efficient and thorough. To tell you the truth they were very accommodating to our schedule and that is a plus in any business. All in all it was a great experience!! I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I found out about this store from a friend of mine. I needed some flooring work done at my house. I went to the store and met with the store owner and manager ‘Sami”. From the first moment, Sami greeted me by asking the right questions. He gave me a sense of freedom to walk about the store after he knew exactly what I needed. We were very impressed with our overall experience with Sami and The Flooring Shop. Sami was extremely responsive and professional. I called on a weekend and they were out to our home on Monday. They were very efficient as it only took about 20 minutes for them to measure each room, show us different carpet samples, and give us a very reasonable quote.
After we signed the paperwork, we paid our deposit and the carpet was ordered. They were back out onsite about a week later for the installation. Their carpet installer was a 20-year veteran and he completed the entire carpet installation for our home, including the cleanup and hauling away of our old carpet, in just a few hours. He did a terrific job and we love the way our new carpet looks.

We recently built a new house in Frisco, TX. The flooring upgrades through the builder were pretty pricey. It wasn’t till we shoped around for flooring that my wife and I realized how outrageous the prices we were quoted by our builder.
While the construction for the new house was on its way, our next door neighbor in our current home was getting work done. The crews he had were very neet and curtious. They always cleaned after themselves every day after work. After they finished 2 weeks later, I went inside my neighbor’s house and that’s where I met Sami. He had stopped by to do an inspection of the completed work.
