At The Flooring & Remodeling Shop, We Put You First.

To start the buying process, simply contact us by email, phone or come to our showroom. If you’re coming in person, you can arrange for an appointment or simply stop by. We’ll always make time for you.

At Our Initial Meeting, We Will:

• Listen to your needs and desires and help you design your space in a way that makes sense.
• Help you create a sensible, detailed budget for your project
• Create a timeline that fits within your schedule

During Installation, Out Technicians Will:

• Meet with you to go over your project details.
• Bring in the materials you ordered so you can confirm prior to installation.
• Move your furniture and remove the old flooring etc.
• Work diligently and efficiently to complete your project within the planned dates.
• Do a final walk through with you after completion and explain the maintenance process.
• Provide you with a copy of your Completion Certificate.

After Installation is Complete, We Will:

• Always answer any post installation questions you may have.
• Warranty your installations for a period of 1 years to give you a piece of mind.
• Stand behind all the products we installed and go back to your home anytime it is needed free of charge to repair whatever issue that may come up (such as transitions coming loose, carpet needing stretched…)
